A case is counted when you create it in the system. Each case can contain unlimited documents, highlights, notes, and reports. Your volume tier is calculated every month based on the number of active cases created that month.
Yes, there are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation for you to export.
