One distinction matters in a regulated environment where accuracy and traceability are essential: healthmemo is not a generative language-model product. There is no large model generating narrative text or interpreting clinical findings — so using healthmemo doesn't put an IME at odds with court directions or referrer instructions that restrict generative AI in expert evidence.
It also means there's nothing to fact-check. Generative AI hallucinates — confidently, and in plausible-sounding clinical language — which leaves the expert sorting fact from fiction before they can use the output at all. healthmemo doesn't generate, so there's nothing to second-guess.
